I'm back again, with another solo episode! Sometimes I feel like all of my mindset work and my personal development work over the past decade can all be boiled down to one thing: getting to know myself. You'd think this would be easy, wouldn't you? But it's taken me the better part of the last decade to let go of all the crap people have told me about myself over the years, and to put aside the masks and the layers and all the stuff that's not actually me. It's been a long journey, and while I definitely feel like I've made massive advances, it's still a work in progress.
Today, I want to talk a little bit about how I've gotten to where I am, and what you can do to better know yourself. Most importantly, I'm going to share practical steps you can take today to take action toward knowing yourself better.
