Into the Woods with Holly Worton

Jun 8, 2020

I'm excited to introduce today's guest, Adam Wells. We met way back in 2011 or so at Toastmasters in London. Then we reconnected a couple of years later on his Discover the Camino Meetup Group. We’ve spent long hours out on walks talking about the Camino (which, you may remember, I’ve been wanting to do since 1996!) and I wanted to have him on the show to talk a little bit more about long-distance walking.

About Adam

Adam Wells is a life transition coach who helps individuals struggling to find new meaning, purpose and direction following a major, and perhaps unexpectedly difficult, life change event.    Adam also mentors individuals wishing to embark upon an inner journey of personal transformation through walking Spain’s Camino de Santiago (Way of St James) pilgrimage path.  For further information: www.adamwells.com or email.

He also runs a walking group in London and Surrey for people interested in the Camino.
