Into the Woods with Holly Worton

Feb 22, 2021

I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Jane Talbot. I've done lots of work with Jane over the past few months around my sports mindset, and she's helped me a lot. I realized that I kept mentioning her on this show, and it was time to bring her on once again. We discussed Jane's adventures a few years ago when she was first on the show in episode 130.

This was such a juicy conversation, full of super practical tips on how you can improve your sports mindset. As Jane says, you don't need to be an elite athlete to want to improve your mindset. And I can tell you from firsthand experience that every little bit of work on your sports mindset helps to make things easier.
