Into the Woods with Holly Worton

May 3, 2021

I'm excited to re-introduce this week's guest, Yvette Webster. You may remember her from episode 368, where we talked about how to uplevel your outdoor adventures and take your hiking to the next level. In this episode, we talk about how outdoor adventures can help our mental health. This is a super important topic for both of us. The more we talk about mental health, the more we normalize it.
