I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Racquelle Pakutz. She left her corporate job in 2019 and began hiking daily for her mental well-being. Racquelle used hiking as an escape from the anxiety and unknowns as she transitioned into a full-time entrepreneur. While she hiked, she listened to many authors, podcasters and influential people that helped rewire her negative thought loops.

 

As you know, I love everything mindset-related, and I love how Racquelle combined mindset work with hiking and outdoor adventures. She has a great perspective on how to easily change your limiting beliefs while at the same time practicing mindfulness in the outdoors.

 

About Racquelle Pakutz

Racquelle Pakutz is the President of Zen Freight Solutions Inc., founder of Healthy Happy Hiker, wife, mother, and healer. She began her business journey a few short weeks after graduating with a BA in business management over the course of 2.5 years. This of course made possible by the fact that she LOVES to learn. This ambition to fill her mind flourished at the opportunities that were in front of her in the logistics field.

After gaining a decade-plus of experience in logistics, learning the ups and downs and rights and wrongs, she chose to leave the corporate world to begin to focus on her health, family, and quality of life. This would mark the start of a new way of life including healthy living, mindfulness, self-love, and entrepreneurship. She constantly strives to grow and evolve herself and her portfolio every single day.
