You might have noticed the theme of balance coming up in recent podcast episodes. It’s something I’ve been reflecting on a lot lately, which is why I invited people on the show to help me talk through a few aspects of balance in life.
I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Diane Randall. She’s got a great take on work-life balance, which is something a lot of people struggle with. I often get frustrated that I don’t manage to fit all the adventures I want into my calendar, and as a result, I get unbalanced from cramming too many things into my week.
