Into the Woods with Holly Worton

Apr 25, 2022

I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Sarah K Brandis. Sarah and I are offline friends, and we’ve gone on several walks in the woods together. She was also a guest on episode 380, where we discussed what to do when our passions lead to burnout.

Late last year, Sarah started cycling to work in London, and I’ve been following her commuting adventures on Instagram. I wanted to get her back on the show to talk about how she’s overcome her fears of road cycling. I know that a lot of people (myself included!) have some fears about the adventures we want to have, so I knew this would be a useful conversation.

I love how Sarah has found a way of cycling to work on her own terms. This episode will give you some great ideas on how to have your own adventures in the way that works best for you: helping you to overcome your fears little by little, if needed.
