Into the Woods with Holly Worton

Aug 22, 2022

I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Kimberly from Gal on the Go. I discovered her profile on the PodcastGuests.com directory, and I was instantly curious. I love the idea of being a lifestyle adventurer!

In this episode, we talk about what it means to be a lifestyle adventurer, and how we can all add more adventure to our lives. Kimberly is so much fun to talk to, because she doesn’t just focus on one or two types of adventures—she does all kinds of things. She’s really inspired me to keep my mind open to new types of experiences.  I hope you find this episode inspiring!

About Kimberly

Kimberly, aka Gal on the Go's, life has been a wild ride filled with many unforgettable adventures, like cycling more than 500 miles across New York State in seven days! She also proudly served as a U.S. ambassador at Vancouver's 2010 Winter Paralympic Games for Alpine skiing and the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi for ice hockey.

Concurrently, Kimberly owns Rock n Flow Yoga, an outdoor yoga biz that blends music from her years as a radio DJ with her Vinyasa skills as a certified yoga instructor. However, she is most passionate about hosting Gal on the Go Unplugged®, a bi-weekly podcast series featuring raw interviews with women from all walks of life, sharing their inspiring and empowering experiences.
