I am so excited to introduce today's guest, Allyson Byrd. I had so much fun chatting with her for this week's episode! I know you'll love her. So many entrepreneurs recommend really opening up and being vulnerable online, but it's such a tricky thing to do because so many of us really don't know how much is too much. Allyson shares super easy tips on how to know what to share and what to keep to yourself.

About Allyson Byrd

Allyson Byrd is unapologetically a woman who embraces her curves, her wins, her losses and her ability to make bold moves that make her lots of hard earned cash. Known as the “Profit AcceleratorTM,” you won’t find her apologizing for who she is, where she came from or how much money she makes. A product of an upbringing that is the stereotypical prototype for black women born in single-parent households with absent fathers , Allyson made her weaknesses her assets and made brave moves working for Blackberry’s RIM until that was cut short when eventually Corporate America rejected her.

That led to her attempting and failing-forward in a series of businesses that eventually landed her to her destiny working with Lisa Nichols, who starred in the hit documentary, The Secret. Allyson rose rapidly to Director of Sales & Marketing at Motivating The Masses and within a year, she created radical growth of over 1081% using her sales system to double event sales which led to helping Lisa Nichols achieve Millionaire status.
