Today’s Guest
I originally met today’s guest, Sonia Gill, when we trained as coaches at the Animas Centre for Coaching, formerly known as The Smart School. We've been together a good part of our business journey, and I'm so happy that she's here to share her path with us today. She's created a very successful business by staying on track and really focusing on her dream.
I particularly love how she blends her experience in education and leadership into her business...and how she's created a business that really makes a difference, by training and mentoring head teachers (that's school principals for Americans).
Sonia Gill is Managing Director and Founder of Heads Up Ltd. A professional business coach with extensive management experience in industry, a psychology graduate and former teacher she specialises in developing leadership skills, team performance and individual self-awareness. Her expertise is in coaching, particularly leadership coaching, team development and having successful difficult conversations.
