I'm back again, with another solo episode! I'm going to be honest: I haven't been feeling great for the last several days. This whole lockdown has been a rollercoaster, and I'm in a dip right now. This morning, I did some journaling that helped me to turn my mood around and feel a bit better, and I wanted to share that process with you.

Here are the questions (I walk you through these on the episode, including my own examples):

  1. Look at the current situation: how do you feel? What's going on? What's triggering you? What's bad? What don't you like?
  2. What do you want instead?
  3. What's good right now? What are you grateful for?
  4. What are the gifts in this situation?
  5. How can you have more of what you want NOW?
  6. What fun and exciting things can you plan for the future?
