I'm back again, with another solo episode! I'm going to be honest: I haven't been feeling great for the last several days. This whole lockdown has been a rollercoaster, and I'm in a dip right now. This morning, I did some journaling that helped me to turn my mood around and feel a bit better, and I wanted to share that process with you.
