I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Helen Forester. I was inspired to invite her on the show by one of her recent Instagram posts about nature and creative blocks. Nature is fantastic at helping me to relax, get into flow, and get back in touch with my creativity, so I wanted to be sure to touch on this topic for the podcast.
