Into the Woods with Holly Worton

Today's Guest

I'm excited to introduce today's guest, Shelby Forsythia. We recently met online, and then I was a guest on her podcast, Coming Back. Grief is something that I honestly don't give much space to in my life, so it wasn't surprising that being on her show triggered a lot of stuff for me...in a good way. Since then, I've been talking a lot with business friends about the dips we all experience in business and what we need to be, do, and have in order to come back from those challenging bits. Shelby is an expert on grief, so I'm very excited to be talking about this with her. She's got a very unique perspective on grief, and she shares some super practical tips on coming back from grief in business.

About Shelby

Shelby Forsythia is an Intuitive Grief Guide who gives people the tools, space, and support to come back to life after loss. Her mom's death in 2013 sent her on the path to becoming a lifelong student of grief and she uses what she learns to equip others with the knowledge to heal and remind them that they are not alone. She is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Reiki practitioner, and host of the weekly podcast Coming Back: Conversations on life after loss. She currently lives in Chicago where she enjoys talking to plants and flowers, biking by the lake, and smiling at total strangers.
